Cynthia Nwabuokei is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC-IRB) and founder of Quantum Surge Immigration. She is authorized to represent clients in matters before Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB).

A Nigerian-Canadian, Cynthia holds a diploma in Chemical Engineering from the Institute of Management and Technology, Enugu, a Master’s degree in Environmental Science from the University of Toronto, and an Immigration Consultant Certificate from Humber College. She is a member in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), licence number R710687.
